Course Description
This interactive two-day workshop addresses the everyday challenges faced by dental offices. Through breakout groups, discussions, and practical handouts, participants develop communication skills and explore front desk systems that improve daily operations and strengthen patient service.
Led by Paddy Briggs, the training follows the patient journey from the first phone call through check-in and check-out. Participants learn practical approaches to scheduling, patient retention, insurance communication, and financial administration that they can apply in their practice.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations submitted in writing at least two weeks before the course start date will receive a tuition refund, less a $300 administration fee. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than two weeks before the course begins.
