With over 30 years of experience in the dental profession, Paddy Briggs has built a recognized career that began at the front desk in an administrative role. Her dedication and experience enabled her to transition into management roles, then teaching, and ultimately training and consulting in the dental field.

Paddy developed and taught a comprehensive, full-time Dental Receptionist course, which she presented at both the University of Fraser Valley and Vancouver Island University. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she serves as an advisor to students, guiding them in practical systems, effective communication, and professionalism to help them achieve their highest potential.

Deeply committed to continuing education, Paddy is actively involved in developing curriculum and presenting innovative, comprehensive training programs tailored for dental professionals. Drawing from her extensive front-line management experience, she brings valuable insights to her training sessions.
