Training Philosophy
"Layered learning within an interactive environment empowers excellence."
With more than 30 years of experience in dentistry, Linda began her career after graduating from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) Dental Assisting program. Early on, she had the opportunity to work within practices that emphasized comprehensive team training and strong foundational systems, experiences that shaped her deep appreciation for positive, well-functioning dental teams.
As a Certified Dental Assistant, she witnessed firsthand the life-changing impact of dental care. From sharing emotional moments with patients whose smiles were transformed to easing anxiety through compassion and humour, patient-centred care has always been at the heart of her work.
After 12 years chairside, she transitioned into dental administration, where her passion for systems, organization, and practice efficiency flourished. Her expertise spans exceptional patient communication, ideal day scheduling, streamlined protocols, and fostering heart-centred patient experiences, all while supporting strong internal team communication.
Most recently, her leadership roles have allowed her to work with dental teams, helping cultivate cooperative, supportive, and engaged workplace cultures.
Linda’s teaching style incorporates layered learning within an engaging, interactive environment, empowering individuals to grow, collaborate, and strive toward excellence together.
